2 Year Warranty
We use the best materials and best manufacturing practices in the industry. this is why we can guarantee that all our cable protectors will be free from manufacturing defects. We offer a 2-year from date of purchase warranty on all our Kore and Hercules series cable protectors.
Return Process
If you have trouble with your Io Audio product you can either:
1) Go to an authorized Io Audio distributor for an exchange or return. Please be sure to verify stock with your dealer to ensure product availability. If they have the products in stock, they are authorized to address the issue.
2) You are welcome to contact us directly for a repair or replacement by filling out our Warranty Request Form or calling 800-323-4239. Please make sure that all the required fields are filled out correctly.
You will be given an RMA (return authorization) number.
DO NOT MISPLACE THE NUMBER! We use this number to track your package and so it must be printed CLEARLY and LEGIBLY on your package.
